We ship our products to customers within the United Kingdom. We offer standard shipping and collection options. Orders are processed within 24hrs Monday - Friday and 48hrs during the weekend. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

For standard shipping, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom. Expedited options are available, like 'Click & Collect' from our leading site in Hove. We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package's progress.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please get in touch with our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. We will provide you with the RMA number and instructions on returning your purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items, including clearance or sale items, personalised or custom-made products, and opened hygiene or personal care products for health and safety reasons.
